Drosera binata Forked Sundew are native to Australia and New Zealand, it features forked leaves. Drosera binata and its variants are native to the southern and eastern coasts of Australia and low elevations in New Zealand. The widespread “T-form” tolerates winter freezes and requires dormancy; the dichotoma “Giant” near Sydney also has winter dormancy, while multi-branching forms north of Sydney lack dormancy and prefer subtropical climates.
ll forms thrive in bright light—often turning red—and do well in wet, peat-based soils with sand or perlite for drainage (commonly a 50:50 mix). They appreciate high water levels, grow vigorously with regular feeding, and spread via stolons and roots, forming large clumps best suited to big pots. Outdoors, they flourish in full sun and adapt to various temperatures, making them easy and striking plants for cultivation.

Taller plants are hard to protect with domes and covers when shipping therefore these plants will shipped bareroot, with its roots protected by sphagnum moss and wrapped in a damp paper towel. included will be a 2.75 inch pot and enough media (peat and perlite bagged seperately) to fill the pot.
